NINJA SEDUCTION: DISTINCTIVELY NINJA SPORTINESS

  • Exciting Parallel Twin Engine — The 649cc parallel twin engine delivers a throttle response with a powerful feeling and a quick-revving character.
  • Lightweight Trellis Frame — One of the key components to achieving the Ninja 650’s light weight (noticeable as soon as the bike is lifted off its side-stand), the trellis frame weighs only 15 kg and contributes significantly to the bike’s light, nimble handling.
  • SFF-BP inverted front fork — Replacing the telescopic front fork of the previous model, the new Ninja 650 features a Showa ø37 mm SFF-BP inverted front fork.
  • Radial-mount front brake calipers — New radial-mount front brake calipers replace the previous axial-mount pieces, contributing to increased rigidity around the front brake area.
  • Kawasaki Traction Control — Kawasaki’s advanced traction control system provides both enhanced sport riding performance and the confidence to negotiate low-traction surfaces.
  • Kawasaki Quick Shifter (Accessory) — For the first time on the Ninja 650, Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS) is available as an accessory.

NINJA SEDUCTION: SHARP NINJA STYLING

  • Comfort Meets Design — Contributing to the Ninja 650’s sporty appearance, the low windshield is flush-fit with the upper cowl.
  • LED Lighting — Twin LED headlights, each featuring low and high beam as well as a position lamp, cast a bright light while contributing to a strong Ninja family looks.
  • Smooth lines — Hooks are used instead of fairing bolts, creating a clean, smooth surface for a high-class appeal.

EVERYDAY VERSATILITY

  • Easy Manoeuvrability — A lightweight, compact engine and lightweight trellis frame contribute to light, natural handling.
  • Confident Reach to the Ground — The low 785 mm seat height combined with a slim chassis offers reassuring reach to the ground.
  • Relaxed, Sporty Ergonomics — Separate handles contribute to the Ninja 650’s relatively upright position.
  • Useful Information at a Glance
  • Stay Connected — Smartphone connectivity supports a wide range of functions available through RIDEOLOGY THE APP MOTORCYCLE*, including vehicle information display and riding log recording, adding convenience and enjoyment to everyday riding.
